Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate current business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Handle inbound leads and understand customer requirements, needs, and pain points.
- Make regular follow-up calls and communications with prospective customers.
- Explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions to customers.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase intent.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
