We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join Infoplus Technologies UK/Europe recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases, and screen them for suitability against client requirements..
• Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing.
• Robust communication and candidate sourcing skills.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred:
• Experience in UK/European IT recruitment is an advantage.
