8–12 yrs of exp, 4+Yrs as project manager AND prior experience as a software developer.
Solid hands-on experience with either Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and development pipelines.

Required Candidate profile

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory.
