- 10+ years of overall professional IT/technology experience.
- Robust working experience with AI/Agentic AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications and LLM-based solution development.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with RAG architectures and implementations.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI/GenAI architectures.
- Mandatory Healthcare domain experience in at least one of the following:
- Payer
- Provider
- Payment Integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
