- 4+ years of backend/server engineering experience
- Robust proficiency in Java (mandatory)
- Experience building and operating scalable backend services
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP
- Experience with Redis
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, DynamoDB)
- Experience defining API contracts and collaborating with cross-functional teams
