Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar

Salary: Rs. 50,000/- per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 5-8 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager who can drive business growth through strategic initiatives and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

2. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly/quarterly goals.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, dealers, and channel partners.

4. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential luxury/automobile segments.

5. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.

6. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.

7. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.



Proven experience of 5+ years in Sales and Marketing.

2. Must have experience in Automobile sector OR any Luxury Product segment.

3. Solid experience in handling and converting HNI clients.

4. Must have willingness to visit clients, travel for meetings, and close deals on-field.

5. Excellent leadership, team management, and people skills.

6. Proven ability in Strategy Making and Implementation with a closer mindset.

7. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

8. Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

9. MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred.
