Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, compliance with labor laws, and performance management.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF etc.
- Handle payroll processing and salary processing efficiently.
- Provide support to the organization's growth by implementing effective HR strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in an industrial setting (preferably manufacturing industry).
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
- Robust knowledge of factory act, contract labour act, statutory laws and regulations related to employment.
- Proficiency in using software like tally prime for book keeping and general accounting purposes.
