What You'll Do: Business Analyst Trainee

Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level Business Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will learn to turn raw data into meaningful business insights. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with robust foundational skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI who loves problem-solving and possesses excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Report Creation: Assist in building and updating basic dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Data Retrieval: Write simple to medium-complexity SQL queries to fetch data from company databases.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Use Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas) and Python (Pandas) to clean data and run basic data checks.
- Requirements Gathering: Team up with senior analysts to understand what information business teams need.
- Documentation & Presentation: Create clear summaries of your findings and present them confidently to team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Skills (Academic or Project Experience):
- Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL basics.
- Familiarity with Power BI desktop and creating basic charts.
- Basic coding skills in Python for data handling.
- Education: Bachelors degree in B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science/Stats), BBA, or a related field graduated in 2025 or 2026.





Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication to explain your logic clearly.
- Strong curiosity to learn new business domains and technologies.
- Nice to Have: Any completed internships, bootcamps, or personal projects/GitHub repositories showing your data work.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Compensation Plan:

- Freshers: 6-month training period with stipend of Rs. 10,000 per Month.
- Annual CTC: Post Training CTC - 2,40,000.
- In addition to the fixed compensation, the candidate will be eligible for a performance-based sales incentive of up to Rs. 60,000/- per annum.
