Job Description:
We are looking for a Ping Identity Support Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. In this role, you will handle L2/L3 support for enterprise single sign-on (SSO), secure web access, and directory services using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory. You'll work with protocols like SAML, OAuth, and LDAP to resolve application integration issues, analyze server and network logs, update security certificates, and ensure high system availability for our users.
