- experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Employee Central and ECC/S/4HANA integrated environments
- Robust understanding of HR master data models, effective dating, and organizational structures
- Proven experience leading data migration and replication workstreams on enterprise or multi-country programs
- Expertise in employee and organizational data replication, including initial loads and ongoing delta replication
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR data integration tools such as Infoporter and BIB, and solid understanding of SAP integration concepts (APIs, IDocs, middleware)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and/or relevant degree preferred
