Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead with solid hands-on expertise in Employee Central, integration capabilities, and team leadership. The ideal candidate must hold an active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and have experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and enhancements.

- Provide hands-on expertise in Employee Central configuration and related functional activities.

- Lead project activities and coordinate with stakeholders and team members.

- Design, support, and manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC and SAP systems.

- Work on integrations between SuccessFactors EC and non-SAP applications.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and support smooth data flow between systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.

- Ensure quality deliverables and provide technical and functional guidance to team members.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Prior experience in a lead role is mandatory.

- Strong experience with integrations involving both SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
