Job Description:
- Provide hands-on desktop, laptop, hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure and maintain Windows 10/11 systems.
- Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, licenses and access permissions through Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration and compliance.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP and basic network connectivity issues.
- Monitor endpoint security, antivirus, Windows patching and device compliance.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, laptop allocation and hardware replacements.
- Perform basic server health checks and backup monitoring.
- Maintain support tickets, IT documentation and incident records.
