Job Overview

IT Resource Hunter is looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 1 2 years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting candidates for US IT requirements, particularly Green Card (GC) candidates, and a good understanding of the US staffing process.

Key Responsibilities

* Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for various US-based job requirements.

* Handle recruitment for Green Card (GC) candidates and understand their availability and work authorization.

* Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements, as applicable.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.

* Review resumes and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.

* Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate communication skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or account managers.





* Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain robust candidate relationships.

* Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets while ensuring quality submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 1 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing.

* Hands-on experience recruiting Green Card (GC) candidates.

* Knowledge of US work authorization categories and US IT staffing processes.

* Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

* Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Willingness to work night shifts and from the office in Kanpur.
