About the role:

We are looking for a YouTube Ads Specialist to drive measurable growth across our D2C beauty brands. If you are analytical, performance-driven, and passionate about scaling digital campaigns - we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and optimize YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Create ad copies, test campaigns, and optimize budgets.
- Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in YouTube Ads
- Basic understanding of YouTube Ads, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
- Knowledge of YouTube Ads metrics and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.

Location: Goregaon West (6 days working)
