Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual and automation testing for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Test Active Omni functionalities, including order management, inventory, fulfillment, and returns.
- Validate end-to-end order flows across warehouse and omnichannel systems.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing.
- Identify, report, track, and retest defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear updates and communicate testing issues effectively.

Required Skills




- Solid experience in WMS testing and Active Omni.
- Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and returns.
- Experience in test case design, defect tracking, and test execution.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle testing activities end to end.

Hiring Criteria
- Candidates must have 4–8 years of relevant, hands-on experience.
- 1st interview: Virtual.
- 2nd interview: In person.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office 4 days per week.
