Job Title: WordPress AI Engineer with Full Stack Development

We are seeking a skilled WordPress AI Solutions Engineer with strong expertise in WordPress development, customization, integration, and optimization, complemented by experience in AI technologies and backend/full-stack development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing WordPress-based digital solutions while leveraging AI to deliver intelligent user experiences, automation, and business value.

A WordPress-first developer with strong expertise in custom WordPress solutions, integrations, and optimization, backed by hands-on experience in AI implementation and backend development to create intelligent, scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

WordPress Development (Primary Focus)

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and custom functionality.
- Build and optimize websites using Elementor, WooCommerce, and other WordPress tools.
- Integrate WordPress with CRMs, payment gateways, marketing platforms, and third-party services.
- Ensure website performance, security, scalability, and SEO best practices.
- Develop custom solutions using the WordPress REST API.

AI Engineering & Automation





- Integrate AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other AI services into WordPress and business applications.
- Build AI-powered features including chatbots, content generation, intelligent search, recommendations, and workflow automation.
- Work with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM-powered applications.

Backend & Integrations and Full Stack Development

- Develop and support backend services using PHP, Python, or Node.js.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Support frontend enhancements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Next.js as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in WordPress development and integrations.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into websites or business applications.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Robust problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
