Be Medic Academy is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Education Sales Counsellors to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and student counselling, we’d love to hear from you!

? Job Details

Position: Education Sales Counsellor

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time

Fixed Salary: ₹23,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Weekly Off: Wednesday

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

? Key Responsibilities

Counsel students about healthcare, nutrition, and health-related courses.

Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.

Convert leads into successful enrolments.

Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.

Attend mandatory team meetings and provide regular work updates.

? Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Sales, EdTech, telecalling, or inside sales experience preferred.

Freshers with strong sales and communication skills can also apply.

? Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have their own laptop/computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.

? Important: 14-Day Training & OJT Policy





Selected candidates must complete a mandatory 14-day training .

Before starting, candidates must sign a Training & OJT Agreement outlining the applicable terms, conditions, attendance, and payment policy.

No leave is permitted during the 14-day period. Attendance, discipline, and participation in all scheduled meetings are mandatory.

After 14 days, performance will be evaluated. Candidates approved for continuation will receive an official Offer Letter from Be Medic Academy.

If either party decides not to continue, the engagement and applicable payment will be handled according to the written agreement and applicable laws. The proposed 50% payment arrangement for candidates who do not continue will be specified in the agreement, subject to applicable wage requirements.
