Company Description India’s Future Investors (IFI) is a money-focused entertainment reality show that combines financial decision-making with competition and human behavior. Through immersive challenges and real-world money scenarios, IFI tests how participants think, prioritize, and act when time is limited and pressure is high. The show explores how character is revealed when money, time, and pressure collide, in the search for India’s “Money Rockstar.” IFI invites viewers not only to watch but to participate, compete, and follow the journey as India’s future investors are put to the test.

Role Description The Web Developer will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing IFI’s digital presence to support show promotion, participant engagement, and audience interaction. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves developing responsive websites and web applications, implementing new features, and ensuring stable performance across devices and browsers. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and content teams to translate creative concepts into functional interfaces, integrating back-end services and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and improving site speed, accessibility,



and security.

Developer will also contribute to technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and regularly update platforms to enhance the user experience for viewers, participants, and partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills to create secure, scalable, and productive web applications.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills to manage full-stack implementation and integration of web solutions.
- Relevant experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, databases, RESTful APIs) is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced media or entertainment environment, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, is valued.
