Adroitec Engineering Solutions is looking for technically inclined and motivated candidates to join our team as Application Engineers, working with engineering software solutions across CAD, PLM, and CAE.

?️ Software PortfolioThe selected candidates will work with the following software:

- PTC Software: Creo Parametric, and other relevant PTC solutions
- Altair: CAE, simulation, and engineering solutions
- IronCAD: 3D CAD and design solutions (optional)

? Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Valuable understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Strong interest in CAD/CAE technologies and a willingness to learn multiple software products.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bike ownership is mandatory for commuting and customer visits.
- Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 2 years with the company.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for technical support, demonstrations, and training.

? Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for PTC, Altair, and IronCAD software.
- Assist customers with software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.




- Conduct product demonstrations and support customer training sessions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate engineering software solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop technical expertise across the assigned software portfolio.
- Visit customer locations as required for technical assignments.

⭐ Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior industrial experience will have an additional advantage.
- Freshers with strong engineering fundamentals and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Candidates interested in building a long-term career in engineering applications.

❗ Mandatory Conditions
- Two-wheeler (bike) ownership is compulsory.
- Minimum 2-year commitment to the company is compulsory.
