Role Overview

Lead the company’s overall creative and design direction, ensuring strong brand identity and consistent, high-quality visual communication across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

· Lead creative strategy, design direction, and overall brand development.

· Oversee branding, social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, packaging, print, retail, and digital design.

· Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

· Ensure high standards in typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall design quality.

· Lead, mentor, and manage the design team while handling multiple projects and deadlines.

· Review and approve major creative outputs and ensure all designs are production-ready.

· Collaborate with marketing, business, and external creative partners to deliver effective creative solutions.

Motion Graphics & Video

· Oversee video, motion graphics, animations, and promotional content.

· Provide creative direction for Reels, advertisements, product videos, and campaign videos.

· Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand objectives.





Creative Collaboration

· Work closely with Marketing, Business, Product, and Leadership teams.

· Collaborate with agencies, photographers, videographers, freelancers, and production partners.

· Translate business objectives into effective creative concepts.

Creative Excellence

· Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and innovation.

· Research design and industry trends and introduce relevant creative approaches.

· Establish effective creative workflows and reduce errors and rework.

· Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects.

Preferred Qualifications

· Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, digital, retail, and creative leadership.

· Figma and Canva

· Premiere Pro and After Effects

· AI-powered creative and design tools
