Role Description As a Visual Designer at The Good Period, you will create and refine visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media, website pages, marketing campaigns, packaging, and educational materials. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate brand strategy into clear, consistent, and engaging visual stories. Your day-to-day work will include designing graphics, developing layouts, preparing assets for web and print, and maintaining brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

You will also support ideation for new campaigns,



contribute to design reviews, and optimize visuals based on feedback and performance data. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong visual and graphic design skills, with proficiency in Visual Design, Graphic Design, and Graphics.
- Experience in brand development and identity, including Branding and application of brand guidelines across multiple channels.
- Capability in Web Design, including designing responsive layouts and assets suited for digital platforms.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and accessibility in design.
- Ability to present design concepts clearly, accept feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
