Role Description: This full-time, on-site role is based in Panaji and combines responsibilities of a Visa Consultant and Air Ticketing Executive. The role involves advising clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures for various countries, while handling immigration-related queries in a clear and compliant manner. Daily tasks include processing visa applications, coordinating with embassies and consulates, ensuring accuracy of forms, and tracking application status.

The Air

Ticketing responsibilities include searching and booking flights, managing reservations and reissuances, optimizing itineraries and fares, and maintaining accurate records in ticketing systems. The position also requires regular communication with clients and partners, resolving travel-related issues, and providing professional, timely support to ensure a smooth end-to-end travel experience.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Visas, Immigration, and Immigration Issues to guide clients through compliant and accurate application processes.
- Demonstrated Consulting experience, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable visa and travel solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, embassies, consulates, and internal teams in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
- Experience with air ticketing, GDS or online booking tools, fare rules, reissuances,



and itinerary planning.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and bookings simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to timely service delivery and problem-solving under pressure.
- Prior experience in travel agencies, visa consulting, or corporate travel operations is highly beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
