Role Description The Videographer [Cum Editor] will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content that showcases Beverse Health’s mentorship offerings, success stories, and educational initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage for marketing campaigns, social media, and learning resources, and assembling videos with appropriate pacing, sound, and visual storytelling. The role includes collaborating with mentors and the marketing team to understand content goals, setting up studio or on-location shoots, and ensuring all video assets are aligned with brand guidelines.

The Videographer [Cum Editor] will also manage basic post-production tasks such as color correction, sound adjustments, and exporting files in suitable formats for multiple platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing workflows, and delivering polished video assets.




- Candidates should possess proficient Camera Operation and Camera handling skills to capture stable, well-composed footage.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Lighting and Shooting Video to ensure clear, engaging visuals in various environments.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., DavinciResolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics is highly beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging video content are required.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A relevant qualification in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
