About the role

Position: Video Producer

City: Delhi

CTC: Up to INR 7 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus: 10%. This is part of the above CTC and is released upon completion of one year, subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

We’re looking for a confident Creator/Producer who can conceptualise and handle end-to-end production of small- and mid-scale projects and assist the team lead on big-ticket projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram and short-form platforms deeply, enjoys working on snazzy videos, and can turn everyday moments into high-performing Reels.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Ideation

Track trends, formats, hooks,



and audio, and adapt them meaningfully to the brand voice.

Translate briefs into engaging, people-first visual stories.

Think platform-first: awareness, engagement, and performance.

Editing & Post-Production

Work with editors and animators.

Optimise pacing, hooks, transitions, captions, and sound for retention.

Understand platform algorithms and performance metrics deeply.

Analyse why content performed well or underperformed and iterate fast.

Collaboration & Ownership

Work closely with strategy, marketing, design, and client teams.

Maintain brand consistency while delivering fast turnarounds.

Coordinate with external editors or production partners when required.

Take full ownership of content quality and timelines.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of proven experience shooting and editing high-quality short-form content.

Experience working with brands, agencies, or content-led startups.

Excellent communication and public interaction skills.

Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
