- Position: Video Editor
- Employment Type: Full-time

- Experience: 0-2 year
- Salary: Open to discussion, based on skills and experience
- Qualifications: A degree, diploma, or certification in a relevant field is welcome but not mandatory. Practical skills and portfolio quality matter more.

? What We’re Looking For

- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating creativity, storytelling, and editing ability.
- An understanding of short-form video content and an interest in long-form editing.
- Knowledge of hooks, pacing, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and visual storytelling.
- Patience when handling revisions and the ability to work constructively with feedback.
- Valuable communication, attention to detail, time management, and a sense of responsibility towards deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills, including typography, layouts, and visual composition.
- A willingness to learn, experiment, and improve continuously.

What You’ll Do





- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.
- Turn creative briefs, raw footage, and client requirements into compelling visual stories.
- Incorporate internal feedback and client revisions with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Manage editing workflows, communicate progress, and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, audio, colour, typography, and platform-specific formats.

?️ Tools & Technical Skills Experience with at least one video editing tool, such as:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut Desktop

Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, motion graphics, colour correction, and audio editing is an added advantage.
