Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kolkata.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand content. Daily tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions, music, and sound effects, and ensuring consistent color grading and visual quality across projects. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and adapt videos for multiple platforms and formats.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to transform raw footage into clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of videos.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, visual effects, and branded elements.
- Knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and pacing, and an understanding of visual storytelling for marketing and branding.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio demonstrating prior video work.
