Role Overview

We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn ideas and briefs into scroll-stopping videos that show what Noteshelf can do. You'll work closely with our social media, marketing, and design teams to create platform-specific content, from quick Reels and Shorts to app walkthroughs and tutorials, that grabs attention, communicates product value, and encourages engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok (where applicable), and other social platforms
- Create product demos, app walkthroughs, promotional videos, tutorials, and lifestyle-oriented content
- Translate creative concepts and briefs into videos that reflect the Noteshelf brand
- Apply strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography, sound design, color correction, and composition to every edit
- Use current social video trends, hooks, and formats to improve audience retention
- Experiment with new video styles and formats to keep our content fresh




- Collaborate with social media managers, marketers, and designers to plan and deliver content
- Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines without compromising detail

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of video editing experience, preferably in social media, digital marketing, consumer brands, or mobile apps
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing tools
- Proven ability to create engaging short-form, platform-native videos
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, color correction, and visual composition
- Experience producing product demos, tutorials, or promotional content
- Awareness of current social media video trends and retention techniques
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Basic motion graphics and animation skills
- Basic graphic design skills
- Knowledge of using AI tools to streamline video and content workflows is a plus
- Interest in productivity, stationery, journaling, studying, or creative hobbies
