Role Description The Video Editor role at Acuity Digital Agency is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and assembling footage, adding transitions and effects, performing color correction and grading, and incorporating motion graphics and titles. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, animators,



and digital marketers to create videos that support campaigns, product promotions, and explainer content.

The Video

Editor will also manage media assets, maintain organized project files, and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital and marketing-focused content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and integrating them effectively into video projects.
- Ability to work with Graphics assets and collaborate with graphic designers for cohesive visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and export settings for web and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
