Role Description This remote internship role as a Video Editing Intern involves supporting the creative team in producing short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, editing video clips, applying basic color grading, and incorporating motion graphics or simple graphic elements to enhance visual impact.



The intern will collaborate with content strategists and designers to align video output with brand guidelines and campaign goals, while maintaining consistent quality and style.

Responsibilities may also include exporting and formatting videos for multiple platforms, maintaining project files, and contributing creative ideas that support GroGlobally’s growth-focused digital marketing strategies. This is a part-time or full-time internship depending on availability, with flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for social media and marketing content.
- Ability to perform Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and quality.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging intros, transitions, and overlays.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
- Basic understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Attention to detail, robust time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Portfolio or samples showcasing video editing and motion graphics work (academic or self-initiated projects are welcome).
- Interest in digital marketing, storytelling, and working with small businesses and emerging brands.
