Role Description The VIDCOM role at Pedhapay Solutions Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Alwar. In this role, the professional will handle video and digital communication tasks, including creating, recording, and managing visual content that supports product education, marketing, and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities may include explaining service features through video calls or recorded demonstrations, assisting customers with queries related to domestic money transfer, AEPS, recharges, bill payments, and QR or gateway services, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared.

The VIDCOM professional will maintain documentation of interactions,



provide feedback on recurring customer issues, and help improve communication materials and processes. The role requires regular collaboration with operations, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi, with the ability to explain technical and financial concepts simply.
- Basic understanding of digital payments, fin-tech products, or banking services, especially money transfer, AEPS, bill payments, and QR or payment gateway usage.
- Comfort with video communication tools, presentation skills, and the ability to appear on camera in a professional manner.
- Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse users.
- Proficiency with computers and smartphones, including common office and communication applications.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Alwar, manage tasks independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, digital communication, or financial services is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; a diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
