Job Title: Veeva CRM Developer

Location: Remote – Must work PST hours

About the Role

NetworkPedia is seeking an experienced Veeva CRM Developer to support the development, customization, and enhancement of CRM solutions within the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong pharmaceutical CRM knowledge, hands-on Veeva platform experience, and a solid Salesforce development background.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions, improve application functionality, and support evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, maintain, and support Veeva CRM applications.
- Enhance application functionality to improve user experience and customer engagement.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Support Veeva CRM modules, reports, dashboards, workflows, and application configurations.
- Create prototypes and provide technical recommendations to meet business requirements.
- Manage release activities using Change Sets and the ANT Migration Tool.
- Develop and schedule batch Apex jobs while adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional developers and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Follow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
- Share technical knowledge, contribute to team growth, and stay current with Veeva CRM technologies.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Pharma CRM.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with the Veeva platform.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical business processes.
- Knowledge of Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault,



Veeva Network, Approved Email, and CLM.
- Experience with Veeva reports, dashboards, workflows, Cycle Plans, Surveys, Data Change Requests, Roster Management, and Coaching Reports.
- Experience with Veeva release management, Change Sets, and the ANT Migration Tool.
- Strong Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, SQL/SOQL, and batch Apex.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST.
- Understanding of relational database concepts, web technologies, and Salesforce governor limits.
- Familiarity with development tools and environments such as Eclipse and Java.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Remote prospect with working hours aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Initial six-month contract with potential for extension.
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical CRM experience is essential.
