Role Description The Vendor Acquisition and Onboarding role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring new vendors across key product categories to expand Ebixo’s marketplace. Day-to-day activities include researching potential vendors, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting the value proposition of the platform, and negotiating commercial terms within defined guidelines.

The role involves coordinating vendor onboarding, ensuring accurate documentation, assisting vendors with listing their products and pricing, and supporting them through the setup process.



The individual will work closely with internal teams to maintain vendor data quality, address vendor queries, and track acquisition and onboarding metrics to support overall growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong vendor acquisition and relationship management skills, including experience in sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding suppliers or partners.
- Candidates should possess negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to confidently interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in managing contracts, vendor data, and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess basic analytical and MS Office skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, CRM or procurement tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving skills to support vendors during onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, B2B marketplaces, or SaaS platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work within targets, adapt to a fast-paced workplace, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is expected.
