Role Description The Venture Capital Partner will play a key role in defining and executing Owl Notes AI’s investment and growth strategy within the mental health and AI technology ecosystem. This full-time remote role involves sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities aligned with the company’s mission, leading due diligence processes, and structuring strategic deals and partnerships. The Partner will oversee portfolio management for invested ventures, provide guidance to founding teams, and collaborate with internal leadership on capital allocation decisions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with investors and advisors, analyzing market trends in digital health and AI,



and preparing investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The Partner will also contribute to long-term strategic planning, fundraising initiatives, and governance activities to support sustainable, mission-driven growth.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Investments and Angel Investing, with a track record of evaluating and closing deals in technology or healthcare-related sectors.
- Expertise in Portfolio Management, including performance monitoring, value creation strategies, and ongoing support for early-stage ventures.
- Solid grounding in Finance, including financial modeling, capital structure, and understanding of fundraising instruments and terms.
- Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive Due Diligence, including market analysis, product and technology assessment, competitive landscape review, and risk evaluation.
- Experience or strong interest in digital health, AI, or mental health technology, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with explicit, concise communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build relationships with founders, investors, and industry partners, and to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications or equivalent experience are also valued.
