About the role

TantraEdu is looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to create intuitive, visually engaging websites and landing pages. This is a full-time, on-site position in Pune.

You’ll own the design process from understanding requirements and mapping user journeys to creating polished interfaces and supporting development. Strong multitasking skills are essential: you should be comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritising competing requests, and adapting to changing requirements while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.

The role combines hands-on design, collaboration with content and marketing teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

- Design responsive websites, microsites, landing pages, and web interfaces.
- Translate briefs into user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, organise your workload, track deadlines, and communicate progress or dependencies early.
- Balance planned project work with urgent campaign requirements, coordinating priorities with stakeholders.
- Create clear navigation, effective calls to action, and user-friendly enquiry forms.
- Build and maintain reusable Figma components, design systems, and page templates.
- Ensure consistent typography, visual hierarchy, layouts, and brand application across projects.
- Prepare development-ready handoffs covering assets, interactions,



responsive behaviour, and interface states.
- Collaborate with developers and review implemented pages for design accuracy and usability.
- Present design decisions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and mentor junior designers and interns.
- Use available analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

What we’re looking for
- A robust portfolio demonstrating website and landing-page design, including your process and individual contribution.
- Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and interactive prototyping.
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle parallel briefs and feedback cycles without losing attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, typography, and responsive, mobile-first design.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development constraints.
- Clear communication and a proactive approach to resolving conflicting priorities and delivery risks.
- A relevant degree or diploma, or equivalent practical experience.

Good to have

- Experience in an agency or digital-first organisation.
- Familiarity with WordPress or Webflow.
- Exposure to usability testing, conversion optimisation, A/B testing, analytics, or heatmap tools.
- Understanding of accessible design principles.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior designers.
