Role Description The US-IT Service Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving sales of IT services to clients in the United States market. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The manager collaborates closely with delivery and technical teams to understand service capabilities, prepare proposals, and present tailored solutions in areas such as AI, Dynamics 365, Boomi, BI, and CMS implementations.

Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, maintaining CRM records, negotiating contracts, and meeting defined revenue and margin targets.



The role also requires regular coordination across time zones, participation in client calls and presentations, and continuous refinement of sales strategies to expand the US customer base.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in IT services sales or account management, preferably focused on the US market, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Robust understanding of enterprise technology solutions such as AI/ML, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Boomi integration, CMS platforms, and custom development services.
- Excellent skills in consultative selling, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage CXO-level and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to work across time zones, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with technical and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of US IT services market dynamics, including typical buying cycles, RFP processes, and partner/alliances ecosystems.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales productivity applications to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- Experience selling into industries such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services is beneficial.
