Role Description This is a full time, on-site US Bookkeeper role based in Noida. The US Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording and maintaining accurate financial records, posting journal entries, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.

The Bookkeeper will work extensively with accounting software to process transactions, run reports, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The person in this role will collaborate with internal teams and clients, follow US accounting standards and procedures, and assist in responding to audits or information requests as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong bookkeeping skills, including experience with day-to-day transaction recording and general ledger maintenance
- Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements and related financial reports
- Proficiency with accounting software and related tools, with the ability to generate and analyze reports
- Solid understanding of finance principles and US accounting practices
- Hands-on experience with journal entries (accounting), accruals,



and account reconciliations
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and clients
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage time and priorities in a full-time role
- Prior experience with US-based clients or US GAAP is preferred
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
