Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager role based in Padrauna.

The Unit

Manager will be responsible for managing a team, driving sales performance, and achieving business targets. Day-to-day tasks include team recruitment and training, monitoring team performance, providing strategic direction,



building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales strategies and reports to contribute to the company's growth and success.

- Proficiency in team management, coaching, and performance analysis.
- Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure process optimization.

- Basic knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning is an advantage.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualifications in sales/marketing are preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or team management roles is beneficial.
