Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Unit Manager to oversee the overall operations of Bob’s Bar, ensuring smooth daily functioning, excellent guest experience, team management, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales, revenue, operational costs, and profitability.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and statutory compliance.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, service, and support teams.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage,



and cost control.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Drive revenue growth through effective team performance and upselling.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in hospitality or F&B; operations.
- Previous experience managing a restaurant, pub, or bar is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of sales, inventory, cost control, and guest service.
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced workplace.
