Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at Kapiva, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of user-centric and visually stunning interfaces on Kapiva’s website, app and other consumer touchpoints.

Experience: 2-4 yrs in Product Design, HCI, Interaction Design or UI/UX design related fields

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user needs and define the flow necessary to achieve them.
- Conduct user research, analyze competitors, and translate findings into actionable design insights.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and animations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts backed by design principles, and iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Executing all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, and partner with the tech team to bring the visual design to a pixel perfect reality.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Establish and maintain style guidelines, design patterns, best practices, and standards.

Prerequisites:





- 2-4 years’ experience in consumer facing UI/UX design
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc
- Demonstrable UI/UX Design and problem-solving skills with a strong portfolio
- Experience in creating graphics, prototypes and animations
- Must be proactive and a self-starter
