Are you passionate about gaming, UI/UX design, and creating engaging digital experiences?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive interfaces and bring mini-games to life, from initial concepts to complete gameplay experiences.

If you enjoy experimenting with ideas, solving design problems, creating game assets, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

- Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing UI/UX for mobile and web-based games.
- Create mini-games end to end, including gameplay flows, UI screens, game assets, characters, visual elements and interactive states.
- Develop complete user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Think beyond the happy path by covering edge cases, error states, empty states, loading screens, winning and losing screens and other gameplay scenarios.
- Create original game visuals, thumbnails, illustrations, characters, icons and supporting assets.
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate gameplay mechanics and user interactions.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and developer handoff documentation.
- Use Photoshop and Illustrator to create, edit and refine visual assets.
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation and exploration while maintaining strong design fundamentals and creative ownership.
- Collaborate closely with developers and the product team to turn ideas into polished, production-ready experiences.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX, preferably with a strong interest in gaming.
- Expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping and design systems.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory,



spacing and interaction design.
- Ability to design complete mini-games independently, from concept and gameplay flow to final UI, assets and edge cases.
- A good eye for detail and the ability to create polished, consistent and visually engaging game experiences.
- Familiarity with mobile gaming interfaces, game mechanics, reward systems and player engagement is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, accept feedback and deliver quality work within tight timelines.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for experimenting with new ideas.

Our Approach to AI

We encourage the use of AI tools to support ideation, exploration and productivity. However, we don’t want designs that look entirely AI-generated.

Our games, thumbnails, characters, assets and gameplay visuals should feel intentional, thoughtfully crafted and human-designed.

You should know how to use AI as a creative assistant, not as a replacement for design skills, original thinking or hands-on execution. You must be comfortable refining, editing and creating assets yourself using tools such as Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Important Notes

- This is a fully remote position.
- The monthly CTC is ₹25,000–₹35,000, depending on skills and experience.
- You must have your own laptop and a reliable internet connection. A laptop will not be provided.
