Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Deyor Trips is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves advising clients on destinations, itineraries, and travel options that fit their preferences and budgets.

The Travel

Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including bookings, reservations, and coordination with vendors and partners. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing high-quality service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of trips and client interactions.



The role also requires staying updated on travel trends in India and Southeast Asia to design engaging experiential itineraries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee comprehensive travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, ticketing, and itinerary confirmations efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support travelers, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and partners professionally.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple trips and deadlines accurately.
- Comfort with using travel and booking platforms; proficiency in basic office software tools.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Gurugram and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
