Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Advisor role based in Bengaluru.

The Travel

Advisor will consult with prospective and existing travelers to understand their preferences, budgets, and activity levels, and then design tailored cycling and e-bike itineraries. Daily responsibilities include managing travel inquiries, preparing detailed proposals, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring all bookings and documentation are accurate and timely.



The role involves close collaboration with local partners and internal operations teams to confirm accommodations, transportation, and guided experiences.

The Travel

Advisor will also handle customer communication before, during, and after trips to maintain high levels of satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage repeat travel and referrals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support travelers throughout their journey.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain itineraries clearly and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency skills to manage bookings, logistics, and trip documentation.
- Experience or interest in adventure travel, cycling, or e-bike tours is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and use travel and CRM software effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
