Role Description The Travel Advisor is responsible for supporting travelers through the entire trip-planning and booking process in a full-time, in office role based in Noida. Day-to-day activities include understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable itineraries, and coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, holiday packages, and ground transportation. The role involves handling inquiries, providing guidance on visas, travel insurance, and eSIM options, and ensuring all travel documentation is accurate and timely.

The Travel

Advisor will collaborate with the travel desk team to manage corporate and group travel requests, optimize costs, and maintain high service standards. This role also requires proactive communication with customers, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining detailed records in the company’s digital platform.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to understand traveler needs and offer suitable solutions.




- Knowledge of domestic and international travel products, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, ground transport, train tickets, and travel insurance.
- Comfort with digital platforms and booking tools, including basic proficiency in MS Office and online reservation systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings, itineraries, and documentation simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset, with readiness to handle last-minute changes or travel disruptions.
- Previous experience in travel consulting, ticketing, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
