Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Process and check transactions under the Pension product within defined Service Level Agreements applying available resources including technical documentation, computer system application features, co-workers, and Subject Matter Experts.
- Review internal and external correspondence to identify the necessary course of action.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required, making suggestions for improvement in process and procedures.
- Ensure effective work management and same-day processing to avoid possible financial losses.
- Following compliance, information security, as well as internal and external statutory and regulatory standards.
- Perform assigned work accurately to meet or exceed quality expectations that lead to greater client happiness and profitability for Principal Financial Group.
- Develop partnerships among peers and those supported to increase ownership of work and sustain an efficient process.
- Compliance with PGS policies and flexibility as per business needs.

Qualifications

Must Have

- Recent graduation passout
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Willingness to work in shifts




- Multitasking and effective decision-making

Additional Information

Abilities

- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel
- Good knowledge of the finance domain and industry
