As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a Brand Manager, to strengthen our visibility and organic reach across web and app platforms.

About the Role:

The Associate, Tournament Operations will be responsible for supporting with planning, coordinating, and executing sports events, tournaments, and training programs. This role involves managing and coordinating end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth on-ground execution, and delivering an exceptional experience to athletes, coaches, and stakeholders. The candidate must have a passion for sports, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following –

Event & Tournament Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute sports tournaments, matches, and events.
- Liaise with venues, o?icials, referees, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage pre-event, event-day, and post-event activities.
- Ensure compliance with event rules, regulations, and safety protocols.

Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with coaches, players, sponsors, and partners.
- Address queries from participants and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with sporting bodies and associations.

Logistics & Operations:

- Oversee venue preparation, equipment setup, and branding requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of match schedules, fixtures, and results.




- Manage inventory and procurement of sports equipment and materials.

Technology & Data Management:

- Utilize event management and sports analytics tools for match stats and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of player registrations, scores, and event reports.

Marketing & Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team for event promotions and social media updates.
- Support content creation for live updates, photography, and post-event reports.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or related field.
- 1-2 year of experience in sports operations or event management.
- Kannada & English language proficiency is must
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of various sporting rules and formats.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software (preferred).

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Timely execution of events with minimal operational issues.
- Positive feedback from players, coaches, and stakeholders.
- Efficient management of logistics and resources.
- Accuracy of match data, stats, and reports.
