Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Toolmaker, located in Kochi. The Toolmaker will be responsible for the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of tools, molds, and dies.

Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, operating precision machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the quality and functionality of manufactured tools. The Toolmaker will collaborate with engineers and production teams to develop and implement efficient tooling solutions while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in operating and programming precision machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines
- Knowledge in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints,



and CAD software
- Skills in tool fabrication, modification, and quality inspection
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing tooling issues to minimize downtime
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for seamless collaboration with engineers and production teams
- Experience with the maintenance of production machinery is a plus
- Technical certification or diploma in Toolmaking, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
