We are looking for a Tracking Executive to monitor vehicle and shipment movements, coordinate with drivers and customers, and maintain accurate tracking records and MIS reports.
Responsibilities
- Track vehicles and shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status and expected arrival times.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers/parties, and internal operations teams.
- Maintain shipment and vehicle tracking records in Excel.
- Prepare and update daily MIS reports.
- Report delays, breakdowns, and route deviations promptly.
- Follow up on proof of delivery (POD) and trip closure.
Candidate requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic Excel skills and knowledge of MIS reporting.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and customers/parties.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of advanced Excel functions would be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.
