Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Content Services professional with 2–3 years of experience to create, manage, and optimize digital content across websites, portals, and online platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage digital content workflows, including content creation, review, publishing, and updates across online platforms.
- Create transparent, engaging, and user-friendly content for web pages, articles, FAQs, and support materials.
- Optimize content for readability, accessibility, SEO, and online visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop customer-focused content.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Maintain content templates, style guides, and consistent brand messaging.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, quality, and compliance with guidelines.
- Coordinate content publishing schedules and ensure timely updates.




- Develop self-service content based on customer queries and feedback.
- Maintain documentation of content workflows and publishing processes.
- Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Follow data privacy, accessibility, and organizational content standards.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in digital content management, content writing, web publishing, or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience creating and editing content for websites, portals, or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO fundamentals, and web publishing tools.
- Basic understanding of web analytics and content performance metrics.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive writing practices.
- Strong proofreading, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
