Job Title: Senior Software Engineer-AI

Years of Experience: 3 to 6

Location: Bangalore

What you'll do ?

* Develop and Optimize AI Models for BFSI applications.
* Engage in the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of advanced AI models
focused on banking ledgers, loan agreements, and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select and implement the most
effective models for various applications, ensuring high performance and
accuracy.




* Utilize data analytics techniques to derive insights and enhance model
performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Implement AI solutions across BFSI Products:

* Contribute to the development of digital onboarding, eKYC automation, and
personal financial management tools.
* Support the integration of AI capabilities into core banking, payment
processing,
* and compliance functions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
* Assist in the development of tools for credit origination, underwriting,
and fraud detection, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain high standards of model performance:

* Monitor and evaluate model performance through metrics and feedback loops,
implementing improvements as necessary.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of AI solutions with
business needs and customer expectations.
* Document processes and results, sharing insights with the team to foster a
culture of continuous improvement.

What you bring?

3 to 6 years of experience in developing and deploying AI models, with a
focus on LLM and data analytics.

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the complete model lifecycle,
including data preparation, training, fine-tuning, and deployment.

Model & Infra Depth:

Hands-on experience with various model sizes and types, including edge and
large-scale models.

Understanding of MLOps principles, including model deployment and monitoring.

Domain Fluency:

Familiarity with BFSI domain concepts such as core banking, loan
origination,



and compliance processes.

Ability to understand how various BFSI components integrate within a contemporary
software stack.

Systems Thinking:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering
effective AI solutions.

Ability to navigate complex challenges in AI deployment within regulated
environments.

Bonus Points:

Experience in building or extending modules for BFSI platforms.

Familiarity with specialized lending platforms and workflows.

Experience deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.

Understanding of Islamic banking and Takaful workflows.

Experience with human-in-the-loop feedback systems in sensitive environments.
