- Lead the delivery of multiple upgrade projects across platforms, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Build and strengthen external client relationships and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Direct, coach, and support a team of associates delivering client upgrades.
- Execute code and domain strategies for upgrade projects.
- Maintain project issue and risk registers, drive mitigation and resolution, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
Creates and manages an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitors and reports progress/changes against the plan. Drives implementation by providing motivation and direction.
